Securia Standard Delivery Policy

Delivery Coverage

  • Delivery to Ground Floor and Upper / Lower Floors via Elevator.
  • Delivery to Upper / Lower Floors via Stairs subject to site conditions.
  • Within City Limits: Orders will be delivered within 2 working days from the date of confirmation.
  • Remote Locations: Delivery will be completed within 7 working days from the date of confirmation of order. 

Delivery Schedule

  • Days of Operation: Monday to Saturday
  • Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Non-Delivery Days: Public holidays & Sundays (Delivery not available on these days).

Appointment & Scheduling

  • Customers will be contacted to confirm delivery date and time in advance.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, re-delivery fees may apply.

Delivery Access

At checkout, customers will be asked to select the delivery location:

  • Delivery vehicles / equipment should have clear and safe access to the property.
  • If access is restricted (e.g., narrow roads, security gates, building entry limitations), the customer must inform us in advance.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging any required gate pass access in advance.
  • At the time of delivery, customers must allow our delivery team to access the site, including service lifts, if necessary.
  • Any timing restrictions or building management requirements should be communicated prior to delivery to prevent delays.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient prior communication from the customer, re-delivery fees may apply.

Failed Delivery

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, lack of access, or absence of an authorized recipient, re-delivery charges will apply.
