FireBox guarantees that your fire-resistant safe is free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this period, Securia will, at its discretion,repair or replace defective parts or the entire safe.
2. What is Covered
Manufacturing defects in the body, locking mechanism, and fire-resistant components.
Malfunction of electronic locks (if included) due to manufacturing faults.
3. What is Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Normal wear and tear (scratches, paint chipping, minor cosmetic marks).
Damage caused by fire exceeding the safe’s rated protection.
Loss of contents which are stored inside the safe.
4. Warranty Claim Process
Contact FireBox customer support with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Provide photos or videos showing the defect.
FireBox may inspect the safe before approving repair or replacement.
5. Shipping & Handling
Return shipping for warranty service may be arranged by FireBox; terms depend on location and safe size/weight.
6. Limitation of Handling
For change of mind, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price (excluding tax) while processing the refund of amount. But if the request for return is due to defective or faulty product, then such deduction will not be applicable.
7. Warranty Duration
Warranty period: 1 year from the date of purchase
Repairs or replacements do not extend beyond the original warranty period.
